1. What We Offer

VRon is an online platform that lets users create, customize, and share immersive 3D galleries, virtual worlds, and online shops (Maker Online). Each user can create a personal profile and manage multiple VRon projects. Some services, like shop functionality, may only be available in specific packages or regions.

2. User Responsibilities

By using VRon, you agree to:

• Be at least 16 years old (18+ for online shop operation).
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use VRon for lawful purposes only.
• Respect the rights of others and comply with copyright and privacy laws.
• Ensure your website includes legally required disclosures such as Impressum.
• Not misuse emails, mass-mailing features (>200 recipients prohibited), or embed free sites externally.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

3. Service Availability & Limitations

While we strive for uptime, outages may occur due to maintenance or external factors. Free features may be discontinued at any time. Paid plans include 98% uptime target (excluding maintenance).

4. Payments and Fees

Paid services are billed in advance via Stripe or another listed provider. Contracts auto-renew unless canceled 1 month (annual) or by term-end (monthly). Refunds are not granted after cancellation unless required by law.

5. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you publish. You may not post or promote: illegal content, hate speech, unlicensed gambling, CBD/alcohol/tobacco, scams, or infringing materials.

6. Account Suspension and Deletion

Your account or site may be suspended for violations or missed payments. Free sites inactive for 180+ days may be deleted. Back up your data regularly.

7. Refund and Cancellation

Cancel subscriptions in your dashboard. No refund for unused time. Up- or downgrade your plan anytime; costs are prorated.

8. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third parties (e.g., analytics, payment, external widgets). Their use is at your own risk and governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Legal Responsibility

We are liable only in cases of intent, gross negligence, or personal injury. In all other cases, liability is limited to the annual fee for your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Vienna is the place of jurisdiction. The UN Sales Convention is excluded.

11. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms with 6 weeks' notice. Continued use after this period implies acceptance. If you object, we may terminate your contract.
